Free shipping on all Republic of Ireland / United Kingdom orders over €50 (€75 on international). Please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. For deliveries to Europe and US please allow up to 5-8 working days for delivery. We use An Post for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Royal Mail for deliveries to the UK.
Online Gift Vouchers do not qualify towards free shipping. We aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase frombrowaid.com, you may return unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. All packaging and tamper-resistant seals must be intact, otherwise, the item is unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Chapter 3, Section 31) you as a consumer have a period of 14 days within which you can decide to cancel the contract with us. Your right to cancel does not apply to where the products purchased were either used or unsealed after delivery, unless the product is defective.
